Community Speed Watch Volunteers - Can you volunteer sometime?
At the January Parish Council meeting a resident suggested setting up a community Speed Watch Team. To set this up there would need to be a minimum of 4 volunteers.
If you could offer some time? Once we have an idea of who will be available we can take this forward.
Volunteers must be willing and prepared to conduct the checks. Dates and times will be organised by the volunteers. Volunteers would undergo the training / briefing of what to do and what it entails.
The police speed watch team will provide further information and will then check the suitability of a location to make sure it is safe and appropriate to set up etc.
